Cancellation policy

• 7 or more days before you appointment:
  
  • Any reschedules or cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled appointment to ensure a full refund of any prepayment or prevention of a cancellation fee. This does include follow-up appointments for weight loss. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to our schedule.
• Within 7 days of your appointment:
  
  • If you need to reschedule an appointment within 7 days of your appointment, we ask that you kindly call our center to reschedule your appointment within 7 days of your original appointment without penalty. Rescheduling an appointment within 7 days of your original booked appointment will waive the cancellation fee as long as the rescheduled appointment is kept. We have reserved this time for you.
  • Any cancellations made within 72 hours of your booked appointment that are not rescheduled within 7 days will be charged a cancellation fee .
• No Shows and Last Minute Cancellations:
  
  • In the unfortunate event of a no-show or if the appointment is not cancelled, a NO SHOW FEE of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file that is requested at initial visit. This charge is necessary to compensate for our time and to cover the resources allocated for your appointment.
