Cancellation Policy

7 or more days before your appointment:

Any appointment reschedules or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a full refund of any prepayment and to prevent a cancellation fee. This includes follow-up appointments for weight loss. This policy enables us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to our schedule.

Within 7 days of your appointment:

If you need to reschedule an appointment within 7 days of your scheduled time, we kindly ask that you call our center to make the appointment reschedule without penalty. As long as the rescheduled appointment is kept, the cancellation fee will be waived. We have reserved this time just for you.

Any cancellations made within 72 hours of your booked appointment without an appointment reschedule will incur a cancellation fee.

No Shows and Last Minute Cancellations:

In the unfortunate event of a no-show, or if the appointment is not cancelled, our no show policy states that a NO SHOW FEE of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file provided during your initial visit. This charge is necessary to compensate for our time and to cover the resources allocated for your appointment.
