45 minute consult with a nurse practitioner including lab review, and comprehensive assessment with a goal to help you  feel like your self again, and promoting overall health and well-being.  We will review your needs regarding menopause. We also test for low testosterone in both men & woman and develop an individualized plan.

45 minute consult with a nurse practitioner to conduct a deeper dive into your health. If you are interested in obtaining a better understanding of your symptoms and health risk factors this is for you. We work on understanding the root cause of your symptoms going beyond traditional medicine. This includes a review of your biomarkers and needs regarding weight loss, insulin resistance, inflammation and more.  Following the consult you will be enrolled in either a 4 or 6 month program. Program  

Together we will develop a hormone replacement plan based on a comprehensive review of labs, health history, lifestyle and overall health goals. This plan includes prescription management, 3 free follow up visits, ordering and review of follow up labs as needed, and communication along your journey for support and to ask questions.  

Ask about our program. This is a 1:1 coaching program to help you navigate nutrition, movement, mindfulness,  during  the hormonal changes occurring in your body. You will leave with a tool kit of knowledge and actionable solutions. 

Packages range from $3000-$6000 over 4-6 months.

Monthly injections includes all medication and supplies delivered to you.  

 Testosterone decreases with age causing physical and psychological changes. The goal is to improve muscle, bone density, libido, and over all strength and energy for healthy aging.   Monthly subscription includes medication, a lab evaluation,  two follow up consults and one lab follow up.
