Every new patient begins with a Comprehensive Initial Consultation. We take the time to understand your symptoms, medical history, current treatments, health risks, lifestyle, and what you hope to accomplish.

Some people come to us with a specific concern such as menopause symptoms, low testosterone, or weight management. Others aren't quite sure what's wrong—they simply don't feel their best or want to take a more proactive approach to their health.

45 minute consult with a nurse practitioner.to conduct a deeper dive into your health.  

Your consultation includes a comprehensive review of your medical history, symptoms, current medications and supplements, previous laboratory results, health risks, and personal goals.

We'll discuss what may warrant further evaluation, whether additional testing is appropriate, and your options moving forward.

 Our highest level of personalized support. Designed for those who want a deeper look at their health combined with ongoing guidance, coaching, and accountability. We address multiple areas—including metabolic health, hormones, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and health risks—and work with you over time to turn recommendations into sustainable change.

 A deeper look without intensive ongoing coaching. Designed for those who want to better understand persistent symptoms, thyroid or metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, nutritional deficiencies, or opportunities to optimize their health. Includes targeted testing and a personalized, actionable plan.

First 4 months 

Together we will develop a hormone replacement plan based on a comprehensive review of labs, health history, lifestyle and overall health goals. This plan includes prescription management, 3 free follow up visits, ordering and review of follow up labs as needed, and communication along your journey for support and to ask questions.  (included in both Advanced Vitality and Targeted Optimization plans)

 Our medically supervised weight-loss program goes beyond simply prescribing a GLP-1. We focus on safe, sustainable weight loss while protecting muscle, supporting nutrition, managing side effects, and improving metabolic health. Treatment is individualized and may include GLP-1 medications or other weight-loss medications when appropriate.

Programs start at $355/month
Medication and ongoing medical management included. Pricing may vary based on medication and dose.

For those who sign onto a GLP1 weight loss plan a portion of initial consult is placed toward your first month of medication. 

If you have been on an established weight loss plan but have lost insurance coverage, or wish to transfer; contact us to discuss options for maintenance plans.

Monthly injections includes all medication and supplies delivered to you.  

 Testosterone decreases with age causing physical and psychological changes. The goal is to improve muscle, bone density, libido, and over all strength and energy for healthy aging.   Monthly subscription includes medication, a lab evaluation,  two follow up consults and one lab follow up.

Anti-Aging Ultra Cream accomplishes this with several  substances:
